CEO of Fitcom Fitness. Building systems that change lives across Malaysia. Sharing the frameworks, failures, and philosophy behind the journey.
I started Fitcom Fitness in 2019 with a single belief: that structured, scientific training could change the health trajectory of our nation. What began as a gym has grown into a movement — a system of education, coaching, and community.
I'm not just building a business. I'm building a philosophy — one that says fitness is not optional, that coaches can earn well and live well, and that every person deserves access to a healthier life.
These are not motivational quotes. These are the operating principles I return to every day as a builder, a leader, and a human being.
Nothing is owed to you. The life you want must be built through consistent action, not wished into existence. Entitlement is the enemy of growth. Every result is preceded by effort others didn't see.
Willpower runs out. Systems run forever. The difference between people who achieve consistently and people who don't isn't motivation — it's whether they've built the structures that make the right action the easy action.
Revenue follows relevance. If you're solving a real problem for real people with genuine care, money is a natural consequence. Businesses built purely on extraction don't last. Purpose-driven ones compound.
The most powerful networkers I've ever met are the most generous ones. I've lived this since I was 22 — eight years in BNI, launching the fastest and largest chapter in Melaka with 56 business owners, becoming a Senior Growth Director Consultant, and mentoring over 100 entrepreneurs. None of it happened by asking first. It happened by giving first, always.
Perfectionism lives in me — but only when I care. As a September child, once something matters to me, I give everything I have. My conclusion: aiming for perfect is never wrong. Demanding perfect from people is. The only thing you should ever hold to a perfect standard is the work itself — not the person doing it. Start first. Then improve, relentlessly.
Every business that matters, every relationship that sustains, every skill that compounds — they all reward the person who played long. Short-term thinking is the most expensive habit in the world.
I've led teams since I was young, and I was not always good at it. I said things that hurt people. I made calls that were wrong. But I am the one who apologises first — quickly, genuinely, without ego. If you're wrong, say so. Then be different. That is the only formula I know for becoming someone worth following.
People don't quit because they are weak. They quit because no one ever understood why they started.
I'm always open to conversations with coaches, entrepreneurs, and builders who are serious about impact. Whether you have an idea, a project, or just want to think out loud — I'm listening.
Have a concept you're developing? A business you're building? A vision that keeps you up at night? Send it over. I love a good idea and I give honest feedback.
If you're a coach, educator, or entrepreneur who wants to build something meaningful in the fitness and wellness space — let's talk. I'm building a team of serious people.
How the laziest people I know built the best lives. 原来懒惰,能改变你一生。
A decade of frameworks, failures, and philosophy — distilled into a playbook for anyone who refuses to hustle but still wants to grow.
Part memoir. Part framework. Part call to arms. For coaches, entrepreneurs, and anyone who knows that strategy beats sweat.
